• Transport sellable items back to our facility for sale via our resale store or online auction. Everything is sold on consignment with a 50% commission going to the seller or executor. If the estate has a large amount of furniture and belongings, we can provide an online auction from the house. We also sell vehicles for a much lower commission rate.
